Transformers 2014 Hall of Fame Nominating Period is Open!

Good morning, Transformers fans! Once again, Hasbro is asking the fans for their input as to who should be inducted into the Transformers Hall of Fame. At BotCon 2014, June 22-24, Hasbro will announce the 2014 Hall of Fame Class, and they have two spots open for Fans’ Choice characters.

Here’s what I want you to do – think of any robots that you feel are deserving to be included. Post a comment to this article, E-mail tfhof@asmzine.com, comment on Facebook, or Tweet @ASMzine with the hashtag #ASMTF and include your nominees. The list needs to be compiled and sent to Hasbro by Monday, June 2nd at 5:00pm ET, so this will be a simple nomination period. After Hasbro gets the results from all the fan sites, they will post the 5 top vote-getters from which fans will choose the final two to go into the Hall of Fame.

You can nominate as many characters as you want, but since it’s going to be top 5 lists from all sites compiled into Hasbro’s Top 5, it doesn’t make much sense to send more than 5. You will notice, though, that I’ve given you several ways to stack the vote….

Hello, TRANSFORMERS fans!

In 2010, Hasbro founded its TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame, honoring humans and robots that have left an everlasting mark on the world of toys, entertainment and CYBERTRON during the past 30 years of “ROBOTS IN DISGUISE” action. Now, to celebrate its milestone 30^th anniversary, Hasbro is once again turning to fans to help select two Fans’ Choice robots that will be inducted into the Transformers Hall of Fame Class of 2014!

If you have received this email from Hunter Public Relations, we would like to invite you to submit nominees from your readers for the fan-voted TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame inductees.

Poll your readers to determine the characters and humans [Edited: Hunter PR has clarified that “humans” was a typo] that they wish to be considered for the TRANSFORMERS Hall of Fame and share your Top 5 characters with us no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2014.

Your outlet’s polling results list should be ranked in order of who received the most votes, from 1-5. All polling result lists will be combined together (each outlet getting an equal voice). The resultant point values will be used to generate the final ballot of five character choices, which will be voted upon in early June on the official Transformers page on Facebook (facebook.com/transformers).

The two characters receiving the most fan votes in the final polling will be announced at Hasbro’s panel at Transformers BotCon in Pasadena, June 20-22!
