Hasbro Marvel Q&A – September 2010 Answers

You asked and Hasbro answered! Hit the jump to see the answers from Hasbro and Hunter PR! Comics are usually on a cycle of major crossover events, with those events planned out 12-18 months in advance. Is Hasbro interested in tying in toy releases more directly to those kinds of crossover events? The packaging for the Marvel Transformers says Iron Man and Mr. Fantastic built the battlesuits using “alien technology.” Were those aliens the Transformers? If so, was it an information exchange, or a gift, or did they cut up a bunch of Decepticon corpses and see what they could

We’re wondering, though — since Megatron has been inducted into the Hall of Fame, does this mean that Galvatron is already in as well, or would he have to be voted in by fans? Most Transformers stories show Galvatron to be the upgraded form of Megatron, but some fans consider Galvatron to be

Stewart Trooper Figure at Star Wars Celebration V

Hasbro and HunterPR sent over some pics of the one and only Jon Stewart as a Stormtrooper. This was a special figure made specifically for today’s Main Event Q&A with George Lucas.  Sadly, the production count of “JohnStu” (or “JonStew” or “Stewart Trooper” or whatever his official name is, there are several versions) is one, as in the one given to Jon Stewart himself, so don’t look for him in stores.  Dang it.
