Initial thoughts: I dig that they’re going for “Robots in Disguise” with Optimus being unrecognizable (and in a G1 form). I also like that Mark Wahlberg’s character knows what a Transformer is. After the first three movies, you’d have to be a relative newcomer to the planet to not know what one is.
Titus Welliver is a bad ass.
Optimus and Bumblebee look sleeker. The CGI is as impressive as always.
Interesting that Optimus appears to be fighting Grimlock. A case of him trying to tame the beast? Or is it the “Two Heroes Fight Until They Join Forces” trope?
The new logo is nice, too.
