In preparation for San Diego Comic-Con 2013, ComiXology has sent out a press release detailing their panels, giveaways and other events for the entire weekend.  Be sure to hit the jump for full details!

July 15, 2013 – San Diego, CA. – You’ve heard of all the great things comiXology is doing during Comic-Con International (Booth #2547) in San Diego with their “Meet Your Makers” summer event, but what you don’t know is that it’s all a part of the “Take Comics Further” campaign – comiXology’s new ad campaign and tag line that will be displayed in surprising places across Comic-Con International and soon displayed all over the world. ComiXology enlisted Girardville Miners’ Cooperative based in New York City for the branding and campaign initiative.

To celebrate the unveiling of the “Take Comics Further” ad campaign and the new tag line, each day at Comic-Con International the first 100 fans that come to the comiXology booth will receive a free t-shirt sporting one of the ad capmaign’s more humorous slogans.
