- Hasbro won’t answer questions regarding when certain characters will be made, redesigned or released (even if it’s just talking hypothetically or potentially).

- Hasbro can answer questions based on deco decisions, design choices, the process of designing and developing toys, as well as general questions about redecoing and retooling toys.
