Another Open Letter to Dan Slott

EW.com Shows a… Unique Take on Venom

This week, EW.com posted a very unique unofficial fan-film featuring Venom, the symbiote-wearing Spider-Man villain.  Starring Ryan Kwanten of HBO’s “True Blood” (and sporting a New York accent, once again convincingly disguising his Australian-origins), this film is a different take on the character.  It purports to be a documentary by a French film team, detailing Eddie Brock’s investigative journalism into the seedy world of New York crime.  But, as you can expect, Eddie shows off his partner during the course of this “found footage”.
