So, on Sunday night, Science Channel aired “Firefly: Browncoats Unite”, a special commemorating the tenth anniversary of Joss Whedon’s beloved show. Today, Hollow Earth, the new children’s book from Carole E. Barrowman and John Barrowman hits the shelves in bookstores all across America. We were able to pick up a copy of the UK version when we were in London over Labor Day weekend. In case you missed it, you can read our review. Tonight, Carole and John begin their Midwest book signing tour at The Skokie Public Library, 5215 Oakton Street, Skokie, IL 60077 at 7:-00pm. Coming soon to a Midwestern city near you (hopefully) — Carole E. Barrowman and John Barrowman! Yes, Captain Jack Harkness himself is coming to the States. John and Carole are touring several Midwestern cities in support of the soon-to-be released Hollow Earth (did you read ASM’s review of the UK version? No? Go. Read. We’ll wait. And then read our review of Torchwood: Exodus Code. Again, we’ll wait.). Starting October 30th, they will tour northern Illinois, southeastern Wisconsin, and Minneapolis.
